Inventory Module: Multi-warehouses, in/out flows and barcode

The Inventory module enables you to manage stock across multiple sites, track in and out movements, and speed up operations with barcode integration.

Multi-warehouse management

Manage stock across multiple warehouses or sites: stock per location, inter-warehouse transfers and per-site inventories. Each warehouse maintains its own stock level with a consolidated view for overall control. Transfers between sites are tracked with status and history.

In and out flows

Track all stock movements: inflows (receipts, customer returns, production), outflows (shipments, consumption, disposals) and transfers. Each flow is recorded with quantity, date, document reference and location. Movement history enables auditing and traceability.

Barcode integration

Speed up operations with barcodes: scan on receipt, picking and shipment. The module supports EAN-13, EAN-128, Code 128 and internal codes. Scanner or manual entry, article recognition by barcode and label generation for your references.

Real-time inventory

View stock levels in real time per article and per warehouse. Available, reserved and pending quantities are calculated automatically. Threshold alerts and shortage forecasts to anticipate replenishment.

Physical counts and variances

Plan and execute physical inventories: counts by zone or by article, entry via scanner or terminal. The system compares theoretical and physical quantities, calculates variances and generates adjustments to align stock.

Batch and serial number

Manage product traceability via batches and serial numbers. Batch tracking per warehouse, expiration, recalls and regulatory compliance. In and out flows are recorded by batch for full traceability.
